Wenzel – GT series
The new machines of the GT series are dynamic, highly precise and very compact in design. The redeveloped systems from Wenzel create new measurement and analysis possibilities for the measuring of gears and meets even the highest precision requirements.
A new class of gear measurement
The GT series sets new standards for gear measurement. Thanks to air bearings and finely lapped hard rock the machines achieve highest precision. Even diameters up to 1600 mm can easily be measured, if no counter holder is needed. The open design – both compact and ergonomic – grants easy access for loading and automation.
With a WPC Standard Controller and the powerful Software is high measurement performance guaranteed. Optical as well as tactile measurements can be carried out – and with the RS-C or RS-T sensors even roughness measurements are possible.
