Nikon – iNexiv VMA
The CNC Video measuring system for bigger parts.
The iNexiv VMA series is the ideal measuring system for larger or uneven parts thanks to its long working distance of 73.5 mm (z-axis). The wide FOV and high precision laser auto focus system guarantee the quick and precise measurement of any part. The VMA series can also be equipped with a tactile touch probe to measure parameters unreachable to the auto focus system.
Long stroke
A long working distance minimizes the possiblity of contact between the lens and valuable samples. Ideal for large step heights or deep holes. An extented stroke of 200 mm in z-axis is perfect for tall samples.
Excellent optics
With the high quality lens systems of the VMA series zoom levels of 0.35x to 3.5x are possible. This can even be extended another 1.5x (needs to be ordered prior to delivery).
Sharp auto focus
The VMA series incorporates several auto focus systems to produce the highest precision possible. The laser auto focus achieves excellent repeatability even at wide angles and large working distances. The image auto focus determines surfaces and edges and is able to realiably measure contours, dephts and heights.
Functional lighting
The illumination system of the VMA series consists of an episcopic, diascopic and 8-segment ring light. Through this combination of illuminators even difficult edges can be detected with ease.
