Area based measuring<\/strong><\/h3>\n

With an area based measurement of roughness parameters surfaces can be measured more detailed than with line based measuring. The measurement is furthermore independent of the direction of measurement. Another advantage is that single measurement sections can be placed parallel instead of linear. This way even small areas can be measured in conformity with standards.<\/p>\n
